Do you have a Shop Front?
YES, we most certainly do. We are not just an internet based business, we share premises with our sister company Pinewood Property Lettings. Our office is in a fantastic location at 33 Holywell Street in Chesterfield, gaining foot traffic from all areas of town including Saltergate.
What does NO commission mean?
NO commission means exactly that, you only pay a one off fee. £249 + VAT is what you will pay to list a 2 bedroom property on Pack 1
Can I use a traditional Estate Agent as well as Sell & Save?
Yes, and you'll certainly multiply your chances of selling yes but we recommend that you check the small print in the Estate Agents contract you may have to pay them their commission in full even if Sell & Save find the buyer.
What If I'm already using an Estate Agent?
No problem, you'll increase your exposure to buyers and multiply your chances of selling and remember you don't pay any commission to us on completion of your sale.
Should I tell my Estate Agent?
Yes, it will avoid any misunderstanding over commission at a later date and it will serve to focus their minds on marketing your property more aggressively.
How do I know how much my property is worth?
Investigate the current price of property for sale in your neighbourhood and compare your house to theirs, check prices in local papers and Estate Agents windows and internet property web sites looking for comparisons.
Do you do Valuations?
Yes, as most estate agents will tell you, a valuation is a guide price as to what to market your home for. It would be almost impossible to tell you exactly what you are going to achieve. We advise that you gather as much information as possible and do your own research before deciding on a price that would suit you.
Are my personal details secured?
All information in our database is confidential. Sell and Save is registered under the Data Protection Act.
Where will my property be advertised?
On top performing website portals including Rightmove, Find a Property, Prime Location, Zoopla and Sell and Save’s own website
What else do I get?
Print property particulars including multiple photographs; we also handle all enquiries for your security and peace of mind. We check the status of your buyer by asking questions about their mortgage arrangements and any related property sales. We then formally instruct your chosen solicitors to act for you and your buyer.
How are you different from other non commission agents?
Firstly, we have a prominent shop front location based in Chesterfield town centre. We have extensive local market experience due to our sister Lettings Company and we have an investor/landlord portfolio of around 500 customers.
